Mindset Coaching for REAL life
I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of the one-size-fits-all approach.
My style of coaching is about digging deep and figuring out how to move forward — in a way that works for you and your brain.
Not for your mom, boss, brother, or that ‘super successful’ influencer who wakes up stupid early and only eats kale…
I help neurospicy folks find balance
I believe that life is about experiencing MORE, not less.
Our choices should enrich life - not restrict it.
You deserve support from someone who gets you. Flaws and all.
One-size-fits-no-one
‘They’ tell us that “we all have the same amount of hours in a day”… Or “if you wanted to you would.”
That’s BS!
We each come in to this world with different experiences, realities, identities, parts, privileges, diagnoses… Why would it make any sense that we should all be doing the same thing to feel good about ourselves?
Stop listening to people who give you trash advice.
I believe life is meant to be lived.
We all know sizes don’t mean anything (and change from store to store). So when even the same size doesn’t fit all it’s supposed to, why would you stick with something that’s “supposed to” work but doesn’t work for you?
I read so many self-help books before I found coaching. I made so many lists and all it did was make me feel worse about myself. Like I had to read a book to figure out what was “wrong” with me — but somehow the solution was always getting less rest and doing more things??
I can give you a fresh perspective and ask questions that help you look at your problem from a different lens. And I won’t encourage you to do something that feels too icky.
There’s challenging a limiting belief you have about yourself and then there’s masking even more of yourself to fit into someone else’s idea of success… Yeah, no.
I support you. No matter what.
We need people who get us. Who really listen. Who believe. Who meet us where we are.
My passion is supporting the “neurospicy” people — helping you the way YOU want with genuine support for where you are. No more squeezing yourself in the neurotypical mold because some 30-under-30 said so.
I am AuDHD (ADHD + Autism) but didn’t find out until I was an adult and already had acquired a substantial mask and unhealthy coping mechanisms. So you can say I’ve become skilled at the unlearning process…
Coaching has been so so huge for me. I needed someone who was willing to meet me where I was and help me on what I needed help with — not what they thought was the “fix”.
Or what some cis-het white man told them would solve all their problems…
I don’t wake up at 5 am. I don’t always eat the way I’d like to. But I am becoming true to myself for the first time in a long time.
I give myself freedom to do what fills me. I am working on what I need to feel aligned.
I want to help you do the same.
You don’t need to wait to feel balanced
I’ve heard the advice to work hard now to enjoy life tomorrow. When we all know life is short — why would you wait to be true to yourself?
I am not going to be that person who tells you that you need to skip sleep to get ahead in your business or work through lunch to make that last sale.
I’m the one who will help you tackle your limiting beliefs and use the most of the time you already have. If it means doing the dishes less often so you can spend more time with your kids, I’m for it!
I’ll help you find, and change those labels you’ve been carrying since childhood.
There’s no need to be the same as everyone else.

Don’t forget.
You’re in charge of your future.
Who do you want to be?
Are you moving towards being them?
What some of my clients have to say:
“Katrina has a great way of connecting and of asking the right questions that lead to a perspective shift… Katrina has a wonderful energy of support and treats a safe, nurturing environment to discuss things like childhood/family trauma.” — BL
“She helped guide me to my own understanding of where I was in my issue… She helped to just let the session unfold naturally. Nothing was pushed or rushed and she let me lead the conversation which was extremely helpful in letting me see things in a different way than I did prior to coaching. I felt very guided but not lead…” — TR
“She immediately created a very safe space and I felt comfortable sharing with her right away… I tend to be a verbal processor who doesn’t always know exactly where a sentence will go when it starts, and Katrina struck a great balance of allowing that while also keeping the session flowing.” —Anon
Wondering if you are a good fit?
I prefer working with neurodivergent women and find that I can be most effective as a coach when we have that shared experience.
However, I have worked with people raised as boys who really meshed with my style as well, so I am happy to meet regardless of your current gender expression!
I will not take it personally if we don’t work out, and I might have a friend in the industry to refer you to!

Fees
One hour - $50
A standard appointment is 1 hour long and costs $50 USD*.
For best results, I suggest you commit to at least 6 sessions.
I work to intentionally create a safe space for you to be vulnerable and have plenty of time to process whatever might come up during your appointment. This means sometimes our sessions might go slightly over, and I like having that flexibility as needed.
Please book a free consultation if you have questions about how the session is paced, what topics we cover, or other ways to work together.
* I’m also happy to offer shorter sessions, discounts, packages, or payment plans if you are not able to afford this (or if finances are your primary struggle right now) - please email me and we can try and come to something that works for both of us.
